What Inside Sales Representative Sophie hopes to learn at S3S

We recently posted a vacancy for an Inside Sales Representative. We found not one, but two excellent candidates, so we hired both of them.

Today, we introduce you to Sophie. Find out more about Sophie and her ambitions at S3S in the interview below.


Welcome, Sophie! Could you tell us a little bit about yourself?


Sophie: My name is Sophie Kéresdedjian, I am happily married and have 3 kids. My family and I live in Horebeke, together with our dog and 3 cats.

I love up- and recycling old objects and furniture. I recently covered an old picture frame in gold leaf and made a lampshade with beads. I also have green fingers.


You sound like a busy bee! What did you do before you joined S3S?


Sophie: I worked for a consumer credit company where I had several positions, including customer service, complaint handling, back office, … But after 15 years, it was time for something different.

I was contacted by a selection agency about the Inside Sales vacancy, and they arranged a sit down with Kris and Christophe. We immediately clicked and the rest is history.


What will you be doing here?


Sophie: Not everything is set in stone yet, but I will take care of the administrative follow up of all sales efforts, together with Benjamin. Because of my previous job experience, I will also perform various administrative tasks in the back office.


How have you experienced your first weeks on the job?


Sophie: I don’t have a technical background, so I often feel like Alice in Wonderland. (laughs) But I have learned a lot already about the procedures and flow at S3S.

I have been here for a couple of weeks now and everything went great so far. My colleagues are very pleasant and there’s a good atmosphere.


What do you hope the future at S3S will bring?


Sophie: To be honest, it surprised me that an IT company can grow so much in times like these. It shows that there are creative minds at work at S3S, who are able to work around the current supply difficulties, so the future looks bright.

As for me personally, I hope I can continue to learn a lot about the processes and key responsibilities of my role as Inside Sales Representative. Beyond that, it would also be great to learn more about our products, maybe even learn to configure solutions for our clients.
